Korean Sea Flake Salt

Korean Flake Salt is harvested from the Korea West Pacific Ocean. It delivers all of the beneficial nutrients of sea salt while retaining the treasured flake texture. Unlike traditional refined flake salts in which the trace minerals have been removed and anti-caking agents have been added, K.Flake Salt is unrefined and untouched by chemicals. No additives or drying agents are used.

This salt melts quickly and blends well with other dry ingredients. By volume, this salt is lighter than traditional sea salts. The crystals are shaped like small, hollow pyramids, as in the tradition of the Kosher flake style. This natural sea salt is a great upgrade from refined Kosher flake salts.
